Over the past few weeks our incredible team has continued to operate to the best of their abilities in order to safely provide services to all our clients, in accordance with the ever-changing guidance from the Canadian government, WHO and CDC guidelines.

Undeniably, it is now essential that we do our part to prevent the spread of the virus and in the interest of the safety of our clients, support team and the wider community, we have temporarily closed our physical clinic and will be operating a fully functioning online clinic until further notice.

How does the online clinic work?

As a clinic that operates largely online already, we are set-up to do this in an efficient and effective way and you will receive exactly the same level of care – the only difference being that your appointment will be via a secure online consulting room instead of face-to-face consulting room.

Consultations (HIPAA PIPEDA compliant)

All practitioner appointments will be carried out via a secure video consultation, or telephone if you prefer. All you need to do is follow an invite-link at the time of your scheduled appointment and you will be automatically connected.

Communication

Telephone and email correspondence is not affected and will operate as normal. We are operating remotely and are set-up to deal with any query or question you might have.

Supplements

Supplement orders from the clinic are still being accepted and will be mailed to you as usual.

Food evaluation

Evaluation orders are still being accepted. The appropriate kit will be mailed to you to carry out your sample at home, before being sent out.

We are doing everything within our power to ensure that the impact of this closure is as minimal as possible to you.

As we take this course of action, please rest assured that we will keep you updated as the situation evolves while we work towards the time at which we will be able to resume our usual service.
